Good plans. Clear numbers.

Your next bright idea.
A little perspective.

Explore what paying over time could look like for your electrical project.

Start with the work your home needs, then consider the payment choices. This calculator lets you compare example monthly payments with interest and the full cost in view. No contact information stands between you and the numbers.

  1. Define the project.

Confirm the electrical scope and who supplies equipment. A written estimate gives you a more useful starting amount.

  2. Compare the whole cost.

Try different assumptions. Look at the monthly payment, total interest and repayment period together.

  3. Confirm the real terms.

The worksheet is a planning tool. Actual financing requires a separate lender offer and agreement.

Your numbers. Your pace.

Make a little room
for the big picture.

Use a written estimate or enter a hypothetical amount while you plan. The APR, term and down payment are assumptions you can change.

A lower monthly payment can come with a longer repayment period and more interest. Compare the total before deciding what works for your budget.

This calculator runs on this page. It does not request your name, email or credit information, save your amounts or submit a financing application.

Choose hypothetical APR and term assumptions to compare costs. These selections are not a list of financing options available to you. A down payment entered here is an assumption, not a required deposit.

Financing depends on lender approval. Wisetack publishes amounts of $500–$65,000, APRs of 0%–35.9%, and terms of 3–120 months for home services. Your amount, APR and term depend on the transaction, creditworthiness, merchant and lending partner; state rate limits may apply. Some merchants and lenders do not offer 0% APR or extended terms. Wisetack reports no origination charges, late fees or early-payoff penalties. Review the lender’s actual payment schedule and agreement before accepting financing. This worksheet adds no financing fees and makes no approval decision. Wisetack’s current FAQs (opens in a new tab)

Calculation and rounding details

Monthly payments are rounded to cents. The total uses the unrounded payment formula; the final payment is adjusted so the displayed payments add up. Actual lender calculations and payment dates may differ.

This models equal monthly periods at a fixed APR without added financing fees. Compare the lender’s actual schedule before making a decision. Your entries stay in this calculator; it does not save them or send them with a service request.

Before you choose a payment plan.

A few things
worth understanding.

Financing through Wisetack is provided by its lending partners. The lender’s actual offer sets the terms for your transaction. The public ranges in the calculator are context, not a promise that a particular rate or repayment period is available.

Provider information reviewed .

Does this calculator check my credit?

No. It calculates a hypothetical payment locally from four numbers you choose. It does not access a credit report, decide eligibility or start an application.

Are these my financing options?

No. You are comparing example assumptions. Available amounts, APRs and repayment terms depend on the merchant, lending partner, transaction and credit review. Confirm the current options for your project with the crew.

Why is the final payment slightly different?

The regular payment is rounded to cents. The final payment reconciles those displayed installments with the total from the formula. Actual lender schedules can use different payment dates and rounding; use the agreement when reviewing a real offer.

What if my project has no final estimate yet?

Use a hypothetical amount to learn how the numbers interact, or start with Sparky’s project pricing guide. An on-site assessment confirms the electrical scope and written price. The calculator cannot determine those for you.

Does an illustration reserve an appointment or financing?

No. The calculator sends no request. Contact Live Wire separately to discuss your electrical project and current financing arrangements. Any lender application and agreement are separate steps.
