Our commitment

Live Wire Electric wants everyone in King and Snohomish Counties to be able to reach us and request electrical service. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our target when improving this website. Accessibility is ongoing work; this statement is not a certification or a claim that every part of the site fully conforms.

Ways to use this website

• Use the Skip to main content link to move past repeated navigation. Headings, landmarks and ordinary links help you move through the pages.
• Use a keyboard to reach links and controls. Cookie settings opens as a dialog with a visible close button; Escape closes it and returns focus to the control that opened it.
• Use browser zoom and small-screen layouts to enlarge content. The site is designed to reflow, and we test representative pages for horizontal overflow and visible keyboard focus.
• The home-page background video is muted and has a pause control. Reduced-motion preferences keep that video paused until you choose to play it.
• The two films on the About page include English captions, expandable transcripts and direct video links. They start when you choose to play them. Captions and transcripts provide the spoken content; they do not describe every visual detail.
• Sparky’s pricing guide uses keyboard-operable service choices, one question at a time, labeled quantity fields and text result summaries. Its calculator needs JavaScript; direct service information and the phone options below remain available. Financing figures are also presented as text.
• The homepage’s decorative light-switch sequence follows scrolling and uses a settled illustration when reduced motion is preferred. The planning text and links stay available throughout.
• Our service-area directory lists locations as text links, and our services directory provides ordinary linked service pages. You do not need to use a map to find this information.

Known limitations

Some features come from other providers, including Site Spark booking and chat, Proof Pulse project stories and maps, and linked review services. Their controls and content may behave differently from the rest of this website, and we do not fully control their accessibility.

Interactive features can require JavaScript or fail to load when a browser blocks third-party content. Direct links, text directories and the contact options below provide other ways to reach the information or request help. We continue to review keyboard access, screen-reader support, contrast and enlarged-text layouts; automated checks alone cannot establish full accessibility.
