Local people. Real accountability.

The right work. A clear plan.
An LED upgrade may involve lamps, retrofit components or complete fixtures. The right choice depends on the existing equipment and the desired result. Replacing a lamp is different from modifying a fixture’s internal electrical arrangement; we identify the appropriate scope rather than assuming every conversion is interchangeable.
Compare light output, color appearance and dimming performance, not wattage alone. A bright task area and a comfortable living room have different needs. Where dimmers or sensors are already installed, compatibility should be considered before purchasing a large batch of new products.

Make the next step a good one.
Review fixtures, controls and the rooms that need improvement. Identify where a simple replacement works and where the fixture itself needs attention.
Discuss brightness, color temperature, glare and dimming preferences. A sample product can help you judge the appearance before a larger upgrade.
Connect approved fixtures or retrofit equipment according to the product requirements. Check the lighting and controls together, not as unrelated components.
Bring the model information for existing fixtures and planned LED products when available. Decide which rooms should share a consistent light appearance and which need a different task-focused approach. Energy savings depend on what is replaced and how long the lights operate; we do not promise a universal bill reduction.
Clear expectations. Better decisions.
Fixture quantity, conversion method, control replacement, ceiling access and disposal requirements influence cost. We separate installation pricing from equipment choices and any independently approved utility incentive.
Your written estimate should identify the equipment, electrical work, access, permits and any separate trades or finish restoration. Ask about anything you do not see included.
Rooted here. Ready to help.
Lynnwood homes, Seattle remodels and Eastside home offices can benefit from different lighting choices. We tailor the electrical scope to your room and controls. Any available utility incentive should be checked for the actual customer, product and program before purchase.
Most electrical work requires a permit and inspection through the authority responsible for the address. We obtain the electrical permit for work we perform when required. Utility-service approval is a separate step when applicable. Washington electrical permit guidance ↗

No. The choice is partly about comfort and use. We help you think through task lighting and consistency, while you choose the appearance you prefer.
No. Savings depend on the existing lighting, selected equipment and operating hours. We can help define the upgrade, but household energy use has many other contributors.
