1. Cookies and browser storage

Cookies and similar technologies can remember information in your browser or allow a website to request content from another provider. This page describes the tools configured on this website and the limits of the Cookie settings control.

Your choices are saved in local storage under lwe-consent-v1. This entry contains your analytics and advertising preferences, a version number, the advertising-disclosure version and the time you saved them. It remains in that browser until you replace the choice or clear the browser's site data. It is not a service request or an agreement to receive marketing messages.

A first-visit privacy notice appears until you dismiss it or save your preferences. Continuing dismisses the notice without accepting optional preferences or changing an existing choice. Its acknowledgment is stored separately under lwe-cookie-notice-v1, with a notice version and acknowledgment time. An updated notice version makes the notice appear again without enabling optional tools. Clearing this site's browser data makes the notice appear again. If the browser cannot save the acknowledgment, dismissal applies only to the current page.

2. Features that load from other providers

• TradeVulcan Site Spark provides booking, chat and project request forms. Its loader uses session storage to keep the selected widget experience consistent and sends widget usage and performance events, such as loading and launcher-display events, with a correlation identifier. Opening booking or chat can send the page and service context; information you submit is handled by that service. The optional project request form sends the details you enter to Site Spark when you submit it.
• TradeVulcan Proof Pulse provides project stories, trust notices and interactive project maps. Loading these features requests content from the provider and may request map content from its mapping providers.
• Google Fonts supplies the website fonts through Google-hosted requests.
• Vercel hosts this website and receives the network information needed to deliver its pages and assets.

External requests disclose information such as an IP address and browser request details to the receiving provider. These features operate independently of the optional preferences below. Cookie settings does not block those requests, manage every provider's storage or delete information already sent. Contact us by phone or email if you prefer an alternative to online booking or chat.

Security cookies on provider requests

TradeVulcan requests may use Cloudflare security cookies. __cf_bm supports bot protection and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. _cfuvid supports rate-limiting rules that distinguish visitors sharing an IP address. Availability depends on the provider's settings and your browser. See Cloudflare's cookie documentation.

These cookies belong to the provider's domain; this website cannot remove cookies from another domain. The booking and chat tool supports service requests you choose to make, while project stories and trust notices provide supplemental information. Both currently load independently of these optional preferences. Describing a security cookie does not classify every embedded provider event as necessary.

3. Optional preferences

This production website configures Meta Pixel for optional page-visit measurement after you enable Advertising in Cookie settings. Meta can receive the page address, referring page, browser and network information, and cookie or advertising identifiers to measure advertising. Meta may use first-party cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. We do not provide request-form fields or use clicks, planner completion or iframe loading as proof of a saved lead. The entire pricing guide is excluded from this Pixel integration. See Meta’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s Cookies Policy.

The Pixel script is held until Advertising is enabled, and later withdrawal stops subsequent Pixel events. This does not undo earlier disclosures or remove another provider’s cookies. No separate Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics or CallRail tags are configured. Analytics remains a stored preference for optional analytics tools; Site Spark’s independent events are unaffected. These controls do not implement Google Consent Mode.

Both optional preferences are off when no valid saved choice is available. Advertising choices saved before the Meta disclosure do not enable this new integration; enable Advertising again after reviewing the updated notice. Existing analytics choices remain unchanged. A Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal keeps both preferences off while enabled. The controls do not change Site Spark’s independent widget events or the other features listed above.

4. Managing your choices

Open Cookie settings, choose your categories and select Save Preferences. You can also use Accept Optional or Reject Non-Essential to save both categories at once. You can change them at any time. The choice applies to this browser; repeat it on other browsers or devices. If storage is blocked, the dialog explains that your choice can apply only to the current page.

You can also manage cookies and site data in your browser. Blocking third-party content or disabling JavaScript may affect booking, chat and project maps. The service list, location directory and our phone and email contact options remain available.

For privacy requests and information about your rights, see our Privacy Policy. Saving a preference does not send a privacy request to an external provider.

5. Changes

If we add or remove tracking technologies, we will update this page and its date. Before introducing optional tags, we will review how they use your choice and obtain consent where required. A saved preference alone does not enable a new integration.

6. Contact

Sparky’s pricing guide

The pricing guide remembers selected services, scope answers, quantities and the current step in session storage under lwe-pricing-guide-v1. This functional entry supports the guide you choose to use and is separate from analytics or advertising preferences. It contains no contact or payment fields. Start a new guide to clear the current project choices, or clear this site’s browser data. Session storage generally lasts for the browser tab’s session.

The same validated choices can be carried in the page-address fragment so refresh, browser navigation and shared project links work. Anyone with a shared link can read those choices. Page addresses may also appear in browser history or be available to scripts running on the page. The calculator runs locally and does not automatically submit your project choices to the request form. If you choose to send a request, the separate Site Spark form collects the details you enter; you can paste the copied summary into project details. Contact fields are not saved in the guide’s project state or shared links. The local financing worksheet does not submit a financing request.

Generator planning

On the generator offer page, reaching the request step adds your planning summary and generator service choice to the embedded Site Spark form in your browser. You can review and edit Project details before submitting. This does not submit a request; contact details and consent are entered separately in the form.
