Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm. For urgent electrical service, call the crew; 24/7 emergency service is available.
What should I include in my request?
Your service address, a short description of the problem or project, and your preferred timing. You do not need to diagnose an electrical problem yourself.
What does a service visit cost?
The dispatch fee is $69, waived for active members and credited toward completed work. Scheduled-project estimates are available; we confirm the visit type and pricing when you schedule.
