Local people. Real accountability.

The right work. A clear plan.
Electrical requirements come from the actual equipment, not the old appliance or a general rule of thumb. The circuit, protective device, disconnect and available service capacity need to match the proposed installation. Indoor and outdoor equipment may have separate supply requirements.
An HVAC replacement is a good time to clarify who is responsible for the electrical work. We can review the equipment specifications and coordinate the electrical scope with your HVAC contractor. Refrigerant, mechanical installation and HVAC commissioning are separate responsibilities unless explicitly arranged.

Make the next step a good one.
Obtain the indoor and outdoor model information and electrical requirements. Confirm the intended location before choosing a route.
Review capacity, circuit availability, wiring path and required local disconnect arrangements. An existing circuit may or may not be suitable for the replacement equipment.
Plan electrical work and inspection around the HVAC schedule. Define any panel changes and the handoff between electrical and mechanical trades.
Send the equipment specifications before the installation date is fixed. Tell us about a future EV charger or other large electric loads so capacity decisions are not made in isolation. Any rebate eligibility should be checked before work, not assumed from the equipment name.
Clear expectations. Better decisions.
Equipment requirements, distance to the panel, accessible routes, disconnect work and any service-capacity changes affect cost. The written scope should distinguish electrical installation from HVAC equipment, mechanical permits and finish restoration.
Your written estimate should identify the equipment, electrical work, access, permits and any separate trades or finish restoration. Ask about anything you do not see included.

A Lynnwood gas-to-heat-pump project, a Seattle retrofit or a Bellevue cooling upgrade can involve different existing electrical capacity and routing. We verify the property’s utility and permit authority and help align the electrical work with the HVAC installation sequence.
Most electrical work requires a permit and inspection through the authority responsible for the address. We obtain the electrical permit for work we perform when required. Utility-service approval is a separate step when applicable. Washington electrical permit guidance ↗

Not always. A load assessment and the equipment requirements determine whether the existing service can support the installation.
This service page covers the electrical supply and related wiring. Coordinate the mechanical installation and commissioning with your HVAC provider, with responsibilities confirmed in the estimate.
