Local people. Real accountability.

The right work. A clear plan.
Replacing a light fixture with a fan is not always a simple fixture swap. The supporting box and mounting arrangement must be suitable for the fan, and the existing wiring needs to match the intended control. We review those details before installation.
The best setup also depends on the room. Ceiling height, slope, blade clearance, light output and whether you prefer a wall control or remote all affect the experience. Send the fan model and a photo of the room so we can discuss access and compatibility.

Make the next step a good one.
Assess the existing ceiling location and whether the mounting system is suitable. A new fan location may require additional wiring and access.
Discuss separate fan and light control, compatible dimming and remote receivers. The chosen control must be intended for the equipment.
Approved installation includes the electrical connection and an operational check. We explain the controls and identify any separate ceiling patching or painting.
Choose the fan with the room and mounting height in mind, then confirm installation details before the appointment. High or sloped ceilings can need special access equipment or mounting parts. Let us know whether you are supplying the fan and all manufacturer hardware.
Clear expectations. Better decisions.
Existing support, ceiling height, new wiring, control type and the number of fans affect the price. Replacing a supported fan at the same location differs from creating a new ceiling connection. We clarify equipment supply and finishing responsibilities in the estimate.
Your written estimate should identify the equipment, electrical work, access, permits and any separate trades or finish restoration. Ask about anything you do not see included.
Rooted here. Ready to help.
For a Lynnwood bedroom, an Edmonds living room or a Seattle upstairs space, we work with the actual ceiling and existing wiring. Home layout and access matter more than applying a single labor allowance to every fan installation.
Most electrical work requires a permit and inspection through the authority responsible for the address. We obtain the electrical permit for work we perform when required. Utility-service approval is a separate step when applicable. Washington electrical permit guidance ↗

Planning ceiling fan installation? Start here, then talk with the crew about your home.
Call your local crewOften, after checking the support and wiring. A lighting box is not automatically suitable for a fan. Additional mounting or circuit work may be needed.
That depends on the wiring and fan model. We can assess compatible wall controls, remotes and other arrangements before installation.
Tell us the model, ceiling conditions and included hardware when you book. We confirm the installation scope and any parts or access equipment required.
