Tell us whether the charger has no power, displays a fault or trips the circuit. We can assess the electrical supply and explain the next step. Charger hardware, vehicle issues, accounts and warranty work may also need the equipment manufacturer.

Confirm the exact vehicle, connector and charger model. Hardwired and plug-in arrangements have different requirements; the selected equipment instructions and local rules guide the design.
Review the panel-to-parking route, electrical capacity and any outdoor or detached-building work. Shared parking may require property-owner or association approval.
Our electrical installation scope includes applicable electrical permitting, inspection and testing. We explain the installed setup and identify any remaining app, account or vehicle steps.
Stop using equipment that is damaged, wet inside, smoking or repeatedly tripping. Do not open the charger or keep resetting a protective device to force charging. For smoke, fire or an immediate danger, move away and call 911.

For an installation, we assess capacity and the wiring route. For a repair, we investigate the agreed electrical scope and explain the findings.
Review the equipment, work, cost and expected schedule before authorizing it. Any utility changes, added work or manufacturer involvement are explained as part of that plan.

Yes, when the location, equipment and circuit are suitable. Distance, weather exposure, cable reach and the route between buildings affect the plan. Tell us about shared parking or property restrictions before the installation is designed.
Share the make, model and symptoms so we can confirm the service scope. We can assess the electrical supply; internal charger repairs, proprietary parts, vehicle faults or warranty approval may require the manufacturer. A charging problem does not automatically mean the charger needs replacement.
