Product lifecycle note

Schneider lists the QOWC60M200PFY Energy Center reference as discontinued on August 17, 2026. We review the exact model, support and availability before specifying equipment; existing-system service and alternative panel designs remain useful options.

The details that shape
your project.

01

More than an ordinary load center

Energy Center combines a panel platform with features for a connected energy installation. Schneider lists a split-bus interior, factory-installed surge protection and Wiser energy monitoring. Those integrated features should be compared with the complete equipment list in a conventional-panel proposal.

02

Backup-ready does not mean backup included

The panel can be part of a generator, solar or battery design, but it does not create or store energy. The selected source, supported connection and transfer arrangement determine what happens in an outage.

03

Choose the service arrangement carefully

A panel family can offer a compelling concept without being the right physical fit for every property. We review the meter, existing service, wall location and utility requirements before specifying equipment.

Designed around your home.

The equipment is the start.
Here’s the rest of the plan.

Document what is there

We identify the service and existing circuits, along with any solar, battery or generator connections.

Define what comes next

We compare your future EV, heating and backup goals with the scope of a conventional or integrated panel project.

Quote the complete work

The proposal separates the panel and accessories from the electrical installation and required coordination, making the comparison easier to understand.

Is Energy Center the same as Schneider Pulse?

No. They are distinct product families. Pulse is listed as discontinued by Schneider; we review the exact equipment and current support status for any project.

Does Energy Center include a home battery?

No. An integrated panel is not stored energy. Batteries, generators and their required connections are separate parts of the system design.

Can I keep my existing solar inverter?

We need the inverter model and connection details to determine the supported design. The brand name on the panel alone cannot establish compatibility.

Keep exploring.
